Our Manifesto

Three beliefs we build everything on.

01

Our Vision

To strengthen government schools by improving the quality of education and enabling students from resource-limited communities to learn, lead, and thrive — ensuring every child can pursue their dreams through meaningful, equitable learning.

02

Our Mission

To transform school education by empowering teachers and students through programs emphasizing teacher support, life skills, socio-emotional learning, leadership, and effective public speaking.

03

How It Began

Education in India doesn't fail for lack of buildings or books, but for lack of teachers. What began as a small volunteer-driven idea now supports government schools across Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy — from MPUP Gowlidoddi to Gandipet, Gandhamguda, and Mazeedpura.

What We Do

Programs that carry light further.

Three programs, one goal: make sure no child's education depends on their pin code. Each one is funded directly by people like you.

Teach for Primary Fellowship

Trained fellows step into government classrooms where teachers are stretched thin. At MPUP Gandipet, the student-teacher ratio improved from 1:110 to 1:66 in a single year.

P.02

FitED Fellowship

ZPHS Mazeedpura had no Physical Education Teacher for years. Our PET fellow brought back sports, drills, and movement-based learning — restoring fitness and team spirit.

P.03

Activity-Based Classrooms

Learning through creativity, exploration, and joy. Summer Camp 2025 took 40+ children through art, music, maths and science — ending in a live showcase at Prasads IMAX.

P.04

Community & Digital Safety

Cyber-safety sessions for 1,300+ students, Gurukul & Navodaya orientation for parents, and our Sunday Classroom in Sangareddy — learning beyond school walls.

Impact, Measured in Light
