Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Learning Lights Initiative, we value every contribution that supports our mission to transform rural education. We aim to be transparent and fair in all our dealings. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

• All donations made to Learning Lights Initiative are non-refundable.
   
• Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled as these funds are immediately allocated toward our ongoing educational programs.
   
• If a transaction was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment), please contact us within 7 days at info_lli@learninglightsinitiative.org or call us at +91-8096011117 to request a resolution.
   

• Donors may cancel their monthly/recurring donations at any time.
   
• To cancel a subscription, please email us at info_lli@learninglightsinitiative.org at least 7 days before the next scheduled donation date.
   
• No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
   

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.
